company is in the right industry. Potential groth. The HR girls are hot. This is really hard. Can't think of pros but it's a 20 word minimum.

Cons

Managers are political and don't care about the employees. Everyone here is just a number. They like to play mind games and make promises to keep pushing you. I been in the company for 3 years and I have seen it all. It was good 2 years back and slowly has turned into my night mare. I show up to work just because I have job but I hate every minute of it. I sit in meetings and listen to nothing but lies. Managers have favoritetism and are super political. They can't re-enforce or adress issues, write people up because other employees have dirt on them. Half the company is under the influence of some type of drug. HR know and does nothing about it. How is this a safe environment? If you need a job to get by and pay your rent, go a head and apply. Don't think of it as a career. No job security here.
