      Great company culture. Leadership is transparent and sets clear direction. Really good people with a collaborative culture.

      The people of Splash is the biggest pro. Rather in leadership or a direct peer; everyone is supportive, encouraging, and truly cares about each other success and workplace happiness. Remote positions are available for most roles. There is a direct path to long-term career growth which is encouraged by upper management.
