      There’s absolutely nothing good about this company you will be treated like dirt and underpaid aswell as over worked even when on salary.

      Cons

      “You can’t polish a turd” is a saying used by managers who get suspended every 5 minutes for the most ridiculous things. Shops are vile and store managers do no work.

      Having 4 days off & having access to the Hilton benefits (staff discounts)

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, they don’t pay extra hours, the management is extremely poor, the training is deplorable. They don’t really know who to manage the hotel therefore they just want you to resolve everything by giving things for free. The Front Office staff turnover is MASSIVE due to the lack of support/training. Most people that start working, they get scared and leave soon after

      Teaches you what not to expect from a company

      No benefits worst pay lack of support the list can go on. if your on a salary expect to work lots of overtime without extra pay or thanks. Extremely toxic environment from senior management to actual staff. Made me feel like I was not good at my job and a failure only to realised it was the lack of care from the management.
