Pros

I can;t think of any pros for this horrible mean company.

Cons

Very poor pay with very hard work. Not enough employees. Poor working conditions. No matter how hard you work it is never enough, the management there really wants just slave labor. If you ever say anything to stick up for yourself they will simply say you know where the door is. The company is not fun as the previous review said nor has there ever been a free snack. If there is anything they can take anyway from you they will. Terrible heartless owners.

Pros

Friendly professional dispatch team! Great equipment, good crew in the shop! Work can push you to your physical limits if desired, always side jobs available, and they don't mind paying some overtime. Good place for greenhorns to get a start and stay local. Home-time if you don't need to make a regular drivers wage to survive, so in other words if you don't have family/kids to raise you will be able to afford to sit at home alone all you want, lol.

Cons

Everyone besides dispatch is moody, the warehouse is a terrible environment due to people being over worked and underpaid! The higher up the chain of command you look, the more prominent the arrogance and lack of good ethics becomes! Slip seating to the point it makes no sense, if you like to spend a lot of time moving your stuff from truck to truck rather than being productive, then this is a good place for you. Most paperwork and loading sequence mistakes will be blamed on the driver, although the paperwork is often illegible due to lack of ink in printer and the fact that the older Pete's just aren't well lit. Low pay, doubtful you will make over 40k without practicly living in the truck! Driver meetings are nothing more than a hand slapping and management placing blame on the good drivers for the bad driver who went out and ditched a truck, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! if you have been around the block, some of the cocky, lazy little greenhorns might wear on you after a while! Don't get injured! They will insist you see "theyre doctor" who will tell you you are fine, loose the xrays showing broken bones, and you will be playing a bait and switch game between Spo Pro. Their insurer, and Labor and industries, BTW they offer Cobra insurance which is a big joke! Then you will be terminated, but invited back, lol. If your a hard worker, they want you! But, the palm reader likely won't let you into the warehouse, you will have to wait for some pansy greenhorn or office worker to let you in which is against company policy, or ring the buzzer and irritate the guys loading your truck.

Pros

Regular paychecks and plenty of work. You don't have to worry about getting laid off, too many people quit for them to need cut backs on drivers.

Cons

Drivers are just drivers. No upward mobility available in this division and lateral moves are rare. Pay increases are almost non-existent. No standard of living increases or clothing allowance. YOU supply your own cell phone that they will use if they need to contact you for work and no supplement for your bill unless you go over on minutes and you fill out a complete reimbursement form.
