Pros

The mission is solid, and there are some truly passionate people.

Cons

The workplace is full of constant drama. There is tons of negativity, and senior management is rarely seen outside of all-staff meetings, making it hard to build trust or get clear direction. This lack of visibility and accountability from managers creates an environment for rumors to run wild, and do they run! While the work can be rewarding, the toxic atmosphere often overshadows the potential. If you're looking for stability and collaboration, this may not be the right fit.
