      Watch out! TERRIBLE BOSS

      Pros

      Colleagues are nice and united because we all hate the boss You can bring your own computer because no computer will be provided Salary is lower then market so you can take this as lesson If u really need a job during pandemic i think they have a space because the turnover rate is quite high

      Cons

      The boss looks kind but he really loves backbiting. He is super self-centred and annoying, texting colleagues all the time. This company is running by applying fund so basically you wont do much thing that related to your profession. He successfully make all the ex colleagues hate him. If you want to become the next 1star reviewer, feel free to join the company. ( please ignore the 5* comments, he is the best lier.)

      Poor management caused high turnover rate

      Nice Harbourside view from office and kind colleauges

      Cons

      Funding based company and no stable client Poor management by CEO : 1) internal meeting everday but no worthy matter to say 2)Rule of the company changed day by day 3)Arranged ad-hoc tasks without reasonable consideration

      Good first impression only

      Pros

      Nice view from office. Good first impression. But the rest...

      Cons

      Need to work on alternate Saturdays, long working hours. Big difference between job description and the actual work that you need to do. Different ad-hoc tasks to do everyday, ranging from admin work, setting things up for meeting, to tasks that are unrelated to the company such as purchasing personal products for the CEO. My overall impression of this company is that although it has many business connections, there is a lack of organization, expertise and manpower in general, which would make it hard to execute projects well.
