Pros
• Co-Workers here were like my second family. We all became so close and had great working relationships. • This is a great company to learn a lot if your eager and self driven. They give you the tools. • Work life balance is the best I have ever experienced. If you can afford to take the time they will let you.
Cons
• The pay for most positions do not match industry standards. And being in a very expensive town you have to scarifies pay for living in a great place. • Company Desperately needs "ORG" • Lack of transparency. Departments need transparency so we can all work for a common goal. • Lack of professionalism and Direction. • Job title promotions were verbal and never put into company records.
