Pros
Working at Sprig has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. As an account executive, the day to day feels meaningful. I get to work with a product that actually solves real problems for research/design/product teams, and the conversations I have with prospects are energizing rather than transactional. The role strikes a nice balance of autonomy and support, and I feel trusted to run my business while getting real coaching when I need it.
The people here are the real differentiator. I haven’t worked anywhere else where everyone genuinely gets along and takes real interest in who you are, both inside the four walls of Sprig and outside. I’m surrounded by smart, humble, and genuinely talented teammates across sales, CS, product, engineering, and marketing. Collaboration actually works here. When a deal needs creative thinking or cross-functional help, people step in without ego.
Leadership has been another strong point. They’re transparent about the direction of the company, thoughtful about decisions, and present when it matters. You feel the impact of their vision, but also their willingness to listen and adjust based on feedback from the field.
Sprig is in a category that’s growing fast, and it feels exciting to be part of a team that’s building something innovative with real momentum. I’m grateful to work with a product that’s easy to champion and with people I genuinely respect.
Overall, Sprig is a great place if you want meaningful work, strong culture, and the chance to grow alongside a talented team.
Cons
Not sure if it’s a true con, but things move fast at Sprig. It’s not the kind of place where you can coast because expectations are high and everyone is here to raise the bar. We are looking for A players who want to contribute, grow, and help take the company to the next level.
