      Top management and managers really work hard to make consultants exceed. lots of good incentives and outings

      usual recruitment challenges, they have high expectations so you will be pushed hard. not for people that want an easy going low stress job

      Great culture and work environment. Most consultants joined or are staying because of the Country Director. Leading commission structure Poor performers are given multiple opportunities and chances to pivot to other brands under Adecco Group

      Cons

      Can be stricter with newer consultants for KPI expecially those without recruitment experience. Company is result not KPI driven Too many promotion layers
