Not 360 feedback. Everyone has to follow manager's instructions with no room for suggestions or improvements. No flexibility to work from home. Safety concerns when working with complex clients.
Everyone at SB has their best interest in their service users. They aim to help clients achieve their goal at their own pace. I was very lucky to be able to observe this.

Hours are very short as it was a relief position so if you received a call then you would work.
