Pros

This is a great work place that provides flexibility and challenges to help you gain the experience you won't get anywhere else. The team is supportive and cares for the customers. The customer base is wonderful to work with.

Cons

You have to find peace in the fact that this is 100% remote working environment and to succeed you need to be a self starter with an entrepreneurial mind set.

Pros

Work with a great team of people in a flexible, creative, and supportive working environment. Work is interesting and varied, creating technologies that help libraries succeed in their missions. Leadership practices transparency & open communication. Excellent salary & good benefits.

Cons

It's a fully remote working environment so it's good to be a self starter and a proactive communicator.

Pros

Supportive environment, great coworkers, overall a very nice working environment. Working with libraries and schools, so supporting education and helping others succeed. Very good salary and benefits package. Working from home a nice plus.

Cons

It's a small team and everyone multitasks so sometimes it gets a bit hectic. When working remotely you must be well organized and self-starter as there is not much dedicated training. Career growth somewhat limited, with it being a small company.
