      Residents in memory care can be rewarding to work with, Some individual team members are kind and genuinely care about the residents

      Cons

      Poor communication and lack of structure from management, Favoritism and lack of accountability among long term staff, High turnover rate, and unprofessional work environment with frequent employee drama, Limited support for staff who want to improve or do their job well, Cleanliness and overall standards in the memory care unit need significant improvement

      Pros

      -The employees get along - Depending on the day the food is good.

      Cons

      -Management will deduct money from your pay without you knowing -You have to pay for your meals from the kitchen with minor employee discounts. - -A lot of the residents are racist and mean and expect you to be there at their beck and call (we are not nurses we are front desk staff and are not trained in any type medical licensure)
