Pros

The work culture is one of the best parts of the company. Everyone is approachable and willing to help, with very little hierarchy. It's a great place to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work.

Cons

It's been only a few months since I joined, so I haven't experienced any major cons so far. Looking forward to seeing how the company continues to grow.

Pros

* Positive, collaborative, and employee-friendly work culture with a strong focus on teamwork. * Supportive management that encourages learning, skill development, and professional growth. * Competitive compensation along with an attractive, performance-driven incentive structure. * Clear opportunities for career advancement and internal promotions based on merit and consistent performance. * Exposure to the end-to-end SaaS sales process, enabling continuous development of sales and business development skills. * Opportunity to work with one of the leading global background verification (BGV) providers, serving clients across international markets and gaining valuable industry exposure. * A fast-growing organization that recognizes and rewards high-performing employees, making it an excellent environment for building a long-term career in SaaS sales.

Cons

Sales targets can be challenging during slower market periods, requiring consistent effort and resilience. The role is performance-driven, so maintaining pipeline and activity levels demands strong time management. Workload can increase during peak business cycles or quarter-end periods.
