- Learning opportunities are infinite in any department. - Good pay, best in the industry. - Amazing and really smart colleagues. - Great product which is the best in class in its space. - Good support from senior management during these pandemic times. They really care about the employees and will walk the talk.

- Work-life balance is a bit challenging in these tough times. - Can certainly improve on the prioritization of tasks, which at times go crazy. - Too many meetings since we are all work from home, but we should strive to reduce them, maybe no meeting Wednesday?

1. Terrible management. They keep hiring managers who don't change anything. They ask you how can I help you? and then ask you to fix the problem by yourself unless this is going to affect their numbers. No leadership at all. They are literally "here to manage, and just to manage" people rather than help the team, but the management skills don't exist either. 2. Some sales and CSM team leaders show no respect to their people and other teams. Very impolite. The concept "collaboration" doesn't exist in their mind. Some leaders doesn't even say hi to individuals even though you are physically in front of him/her. They talk to managers only.... 3. Sales sell the wrong product to the wrong clients and CSM is acceptable for churns...people are busy with attacking one another. 4. Work siloly. New process is never well shared across the teams...No transparency, no collaboration

Seeing how the leadership handle the covid situation in India is a testament that the company cares about the employees' wellbeing more than anything. When covid starts to spread like wildfire, they developed a free application for the public to get resources. Everyone helps each other without complaints. The leaders jumped in and provided many help options including loans and salary advance, donations to buy oxygen concentrators, extra 2 weeks + of AL, inhouse doctors to give teleconsultations and the list goes on. In the corporate world, every company is always talking about cost and ROI but in Sprinklr, it's about everyone working together towards the same company direction and everyone genuinely cares. I'm proud to be part of this company. Other benefits: - Amazing benefits (20 days of AL + other leaves, daily wellness program, several wellness apps, best insurance, generous package, generous IT equipments/needs, flexible working arrangements etc) - amazing people who live and breathe the culture values - working with the best talent - great product. Coming in with the right mindset is important - Nothing is easy here. There is always something new to learn, something challenging that comes your way - have to be flexible and adaptable as things can change fast - long working hours if you don't know how to work smart or be more productive - sometimes challenges can beat you down emotionally but the good thing is your team is always there to listen and help That said, if you are someone who loves challenges, and is able to adapt quickly to anything that throws in your way, this will be the perfect environment for you.

- Really, really nice people. Managers are great, attentive and care about your growth and development (at least in Managed Services) - Pay and benefits are great - High level of work life balance and autonomy - Lots of learning, albeit specific to the platform
Cons
- Being in the Singapore office makes it difficult to feel close to the main business, and it is difficult to figure out how to solve high-level technical issues quickly. - However the managed services consultant role means your learning is very limited to the Sprinklr platform. Some of the skills are transferable, but you won't have impact on the wider business.
