Pros

Great coworkers and management Everyone supports each other No male coworkers Runs efficiently Opportunities for advancement depending on position Structured and safe environment Enjoyable seeing kids learn to cook Excellent place for first job

Cons

Below are some aspects that aren’t necessarily cons but may be depending on person/work style: -Time of year usually dictates how busy or how many shifts you’ll have. Summer is the busiest time, as there are camps most days. Holidays can also be busy due to increase in classes and class sizes -Must be able to stand up during majority of shift -May not be the perfect fit for someone who loves spontaneity. Classes usually follow the same structure but have different recipes/activities -Majority of workers are high school and college-aged -Female-only workplace -Definitely don’t work here if you’re vegetarian or vegan
