Promising idea but poisoned from the top down

Some opportunities for growth, solid benefits, frontline staff are dedicated and friendly

Cons

The entire company lives in fear of the ultra rich head of the company who regularly belittles people over completely typical business issues and micromanages everything. Has absurd expectations and is toxic to everyone by his own admission. Everyone has a horror story of dealing with him, treats the company as his personal plaything. Projects never gain traction because he throws your work back in your face and insults it. Never seen so many high-performing staff jump ship so quickly.

The company has great potential and is exploring a very interesting space. The staff is amazing.

Cons

Senior Management is incompetent. The CEO is rude and often screams at employees. Management is afraid of him.

The idea and everyone who works on the floor.

Cons

There is no representation in management. Though they hire from within it is with nepotism and shady business. The assistant managers take what little authority they have to do as little work as possible, complain about how much employees talk and/or stand idle when they will sit for entire shifts and not relieve people for any breaks. Several of the assistant managers come into work unprepared and both high and intoxicated. If you had an emergency at this place pray you can make it out to the street! If you get an interview or are hired run!
