      Pros

      If you lucky you can land at half decent locations or do something interesting. It's not hard to shine there

      Cons

      They are simply the worst type of outsource. They place you somewhere. Never contact you except to get hourly report. Treat you differently from their on-prem employee. Never try to help you advance. They cut 30-40% off your salary from what they get for that.

      Pros

      They usually pay on time.

      Cons

      No matter how long you work with them they never guarantee a pay raise or even extra benefits. They belittle you as an employee. The company refuses to admit to any faults in the HR process, and the HR employees are very arrogant and unkind.
