1. The culture is very good where everybody's voice is heard. 2. CEO and cofounders are very approachable. You can voice out literally anything where you have difference in opinion. 3. Mental health is very seriously taken. Though as a startup, there will be instances wherein work life balance is compromised but you can always rebalance it by taking breaks and making sure deliverables are completed. 4. There is lot of emphasis given on upskilling which was rare in other orgs which I have previously worked with. 5. There is real product work unlike some of the other orgs where it is more of a project management where requirements are defined by senior management and there is not much to do. There is a very good product culture out here.
