1. A highly knowledgeable CEO and team. Squadcast as a company sets goals and achieves them every quarter, it is a very fast-growing environment with a really good opportunity to grow as an individual. 2. Squadcast sends out a lot of goodies when you join the company, that's a really good gesture. 3. A remote work environment. 4. There is a semi-annual team outing and WFO week that is conducted for team building.

Provides a comfortable awesome atmosphere to work, grow, earn and learn. You’ll be able to do many different things apart from day-to-day work. Always open to suggestions and feedback, which they do implement or work to make things better for employees. Permanent WFH, approachable colleagues. Though a start-up, you don't feel like they don't have a stress culture. Everyone around is quite supportive

It was good when they had funding but once that ran out it was a real mess

Cons

1. Please be aware of the financials of the company. 2. Consult with ex employees on why they left or were let go. 3. Don't trust a word they say they are extremely unethical. 4. They still haven't payed the final settlement after months for a few employees despite all formalities being complete. 5. Be aware they will ask you to resign without a thought and may insult you in the process.
