Pros

They pay a decent bonus- when it pleases them to pay it even when you hit targets!

Cons

Where do I start- Narcissistic middle management and also senior management and directors for that matter. If you complain about bullying then nothing is done. Management creaming off backhanders, keeping in place rubbish contractors to line their own pockets Goalpost constantly moved for everything No anonymity- even when you are told you have it when asking honest feedback - used as a bullying campaign and withholding promotions and payrises

Pros

Looks good on the CV, some of the employees are nice. There’s always work to do so you do learn a lot by osmosis which you can take elsewhere

Cons

Where to start. Core hours 8-5.30 and it’s unlikely you’ll see a day that short. Crying in the office is the norm, no HR department, poor processes. I was given a glorified assistant accountant role which was extremely demotivating. Constantly contacted on my personal phone out of work hours. Management are inadequate - I was extremely vocal during my time at the company about why I was demotivated/why certain behaviours are unacceptable and none were taken seriously. No autonomy, plenty of micromanagement, broken processes to the extent that is inexcusable at such a large organisation.
