We put a lot of effort into making St. Gregory Group an environment where all team members can thrive and succeed, so it’s gratifying to see that you’re happy in terms of leadership, pay and work/life balance. And we agree—traffic around Fields Ertel can be a bear during the holidays, but we feel like our company culture more than makes up for the occasional long commute. (And some of our “old timers” can share their best shortcuts, so ask around!)
