      Hands on working directly with people struggling to overcome substance addiction. You play a legitimate role in the recovery process.

      Cons

      Some people don't recover. You deal with a lot of different, often very strong personalities.

      Pros

      Friendly staffs and I can easily tell that they have the best interest of the students and their safety.

      Cons

      I have to be very flexible because of some last minute changes eg. venue relocation, that will only be made known to me on the day of the program itself.
