Pros

Where to start with this review? This is the best team I've ever been a part of, everyone is running hard towards the same goals. It's clear that everyone wants to build an amazing product and continue the amazing growth. The team here is sharp, focused, and passionate about winning. The culture in the office is awesome, it's a great group to spend your days with and catch a beer after work, everyone is laid back when it's time to chill. Great at celebrating wins, and picking each other up when times are hard. The leaders here are guys I'd fight for, and people you want to spend a career with.

Cons

The guys from Australia are so hard to understand. Some people don't like nicknames but trust me, you're getting one.

"Best job I ever had"

Pros

I was lucky enough to join Stackla as its first U.S. team member, back when they were a very small company. I was still pretty green at the time, coming off a sales manager position at another start up, and was given the opportunity to build a go to market team for our entry to the U.S.... That took a lot of faith, going both directions, but if you get to know the founders, you will see why it was an easy decision. They are about as real as it gets. I am now coming up on my fourth year anniversary at the company, and in my time I have been lucky enough to work across sales, bd, cs, and operations. I have learned to manage folks globally across multiple lines of the business, I have been continuously challenged to learn new skill sets, and have had the opportunity to work in multiple regional and global markets. I have seen the business grow from selling SMB's to the worlds leading companies, and our product become best in category, best of all.... the majority of the people we were lucky enough to have join us along the way, are still here, and many of them have advanced into new roles, regions, and areas of responsibility into our business. What better professional experience can you have then seeing your employees become managers, your customers become advocates, and the business grow across multiple lines of revenue. Like I said, its the best job I ever had.

Cons

For me, there are no cons. My goals have always been to work with a diverse group of people (Sydney, London, USA.. check)... Work on building a business (massive year over year growth... check)... Be given trust and autonomy in my role (check) Be continuously challenged with new opportunities... (check) Work in an environment that values transparency, and actively rejects ego.... (check).

Pros

I can not think of one positive.

Cons

I worked in a sales role there and it was awful. I got no support from management. Sales targets were very unrealistic.
