Pros

Friendly co-workers and my manager never micro managed me. I had the Freedom to do my job, which ultimately made me more motivated. Free coffee, tea, and sometimes food!

Cons

Plant is very noisy, can get very hot during the summers. This is ok for people who are used to manufacturing environments.
