High company turnover speaks for itself

Pros

When I worked here, the sales and support team had some real gems and go-getters. There were some terrific people who worked there. (All but one are no longer with the company).

Cons

The number one thing you need to know, and perhaps the only thing you need to know, is that this sales company has experienced around a 60% turnover rate in sales and support staff in a fiscal year. This is a frat club disguised as a company. Wages are low, and you will be baited with raises in compensation if you "work hard," which you will. But as you progress, your "goals" become moving targets. The company does not have an infrastructure that supports its candidates, employees, or growth. Company decisions are made from ego. Very toxic work culture: backbiting, slander, talking about, commenting on, and making assumptions about people's personal lives in the context of work (management especially), forcing personality tests and using them to disqualify people during and after the hiring process, alcohol and drug consumption, hazing disguised as "training" or "coaching," uncomfortable and open fraternization between staff and leadership. Forget about confidentiality. I could go on, but I think you get the picture. Company leadership and shortlisted favorites (the favoritism is real) are all men, except one token female. This company is not diversity-friendly or women-friendly. This company claims Christianity, but if serving people well is important to you, you should consider distancing yourself from its hypocrisy. People are the product at this company. And this company has done tangible damage to its employees, its candidates, and the reputation of Jesus-loving people. Just look at the reviews.

Pros

My co-workers were the reason I stayed so long. It was a great group.

Cons

The owner of the company likes the young ones. He only wants to hire inexperienced recent college grads so he doesn't have to pay much. The male employees make significantly more than female employees. The owner does not appreciate the experienced workers and who helped build the company. He lets them go for no reason and hires inexperienced, which has caused the company to decline.
