Pros
Lots of room to grow! Receptionists don't stay receptionists for long in this company! Great family kind of atmosphere, everyone is entrepreneurial in spirit. Hard workers you can be proud to work alongside of. The company is growing, the quality of effort is 120%. I don't think I could call a single person I work with lazy. You really learn how to work as a team in this company. If you are sincere and want to grow, good old fashioned hard work can usually get you to your goals both career-wise and financially.
Cons
Hours can be longer than 8-5. Recruiting is a career and it doesn't stop when you punch out. But that's not Staffinders, that's just the nature of the position itself. Everyone needs to learn how to balance their careers and home lives for the sake of their own mental health! If not, you can expect a burn out. My advice for any recruiter out there: if you can, turn off your phone for a day. It will do you a world of good.
