Pros
In the initial phase you will learn a lot. As with any company you have to put more hours for yourself. CTO was very supportive and yet demanding. Help was always given when requested at every level technical & non-technical.
Cons
I would say no const. It's a fair agreement. You're working in a start-up. Work hard, play hard and enjoy your success.

Learn Amazon web services in-depth, get exposed to interesting new technologies, get decent equipment when you start.
Cons
CEO micromanages every aspect of work, you are not allowed to think for yourself. Information is closely guarded and given out on a need-to-know basis, via permissions managed by the apps the company uses (slack, asana, etc). You'll see your part but never the full picture--good luck being successful when completing a task, since you only see a tiny piece and have no idea what is needed holistically. No balance between home life and work life.
