      Can just laze around if you are good at networking. Merits based on how good is your network and how you make people in the company like you and not based on how good you are at your work

      Cons

      Incapable & inefficient bosses. People who stay on are not good at their work rather good at playing office politics. Expected to work late and weekends.

      Standard chartered is trying to provide facilities for covid paitents and family

      Cons

      No work life balance Gfs is merely back end support where they are treated as slaves and senior management does nothing to resolve Senior management highly partial and that has direct impact on hike and promotion Highly partial for South Indians and talk in their native language without thinking of others not knowing the language
