Pros
Small company, so employees have to wear a lot of hats. There's a lot to learn if you're willing to dig into old documentation, but don't expect to be trained. Coworkers are generally pretty friendly and are willing to go above and beyond.
Cons
Work-life balance doesn't really exist, and this is true across multiple departments. Expect to work weekends and sometimes later on weeknights. Vacations are not necessarily off-limits either. Work deadlines are not realistic, which has caused frustration among fellow employees, but there has been an effort from upper management to correct this as some of these deadlines are customer-driven. There has been significant employee turnover within the past year--upper management believes that this was for the better, but this has caused more harm than good.
