      Pros

      Standard Metrics is a solid startup with a great CEO who makes an effort to connect with everyone. The executive team shows strong leadership and drives the company forward. Turnover is noticeable, but that’s expected in a startup.

      Fast pace can feel chaotic, turnover of several founding members was troubling
