Pros

There are still some good people here but they are looking to leave as well.

Cons

Not sure where to start! They have Core Values that they no longer follow when it comes to hiring and treating their people. We have been told "everyone is replaceable" by leadership/owner. We are losing clients due to the 180 shift in customer care. Net New business is all they care about never leaving time to take care of the accounts that helped build the company. The compensation plan has significantly decreased over the last few years. Raising our cost as well so the company is getting a much bigger portion while reps get less with raised quotes which make it more difficult to hit bonuses. Upper management is the very worse imaginable. Stepping over directors and treating reps like pieces of meat. Ownership has to know how their people are being mistreated but simply turn a blinds eye. Its a sad place to be. Please do yourself a favor and stay away if you are interviewing!!!!

Pros

Owning family is nice, however very narrow minded as all things are dealt with by the good ole boy system they were all raised on.

Cons

Pay structure wasn’t great and directors kept all the big name accounts in your assigned areas. They would also have you lowball deals to people they’ve known for years. This made for lack luster commissions. I made more money with my side hustle than I did working here and I made presidents club every year. This was also my first time in the tech industry and the training just wasn’t there. The director I had was awful. Barely knew what was going on with the team on a day to day basis and wouldn’t go into the field with you to help you grow. This director constantly lied and couldn’t keep up with anything.

Pros

Company history and longevity. Trying to be a player in the Managed IT Service arena Was told they "created" a position just for me based on my experience and skills. The people I worked with were amazing, except my direct manager.

Cons

I was told numerous times by my manager that FAMILY COMES FIRST. After my wife and I received some devastating news regarding our adopted daughter over the weekend, my wife had really taken it hard so I stayed home with her on the following Monday. I also had pink eyes in both eyes and one had swollen shut so I figured they probably wouldn't want me to come in anyway. I was fired the following Wednesday and the reason I was given was, "We eliminated your position." which wasn't true because the first thing he said to me was, "I had left them in the lurch on Monday." Every IT install I assisted with, and I do mean EVERY SINGLE ONE, had major surprises after getting to the clients which caused us to to abort and reschedule because of lack of discovery performed beforehand. Horrible look for the company every single time.
