      Ignorant about the different needs of their staff, a bullying culture amongst longer term employees and managers and a lack of professionalism when dealing with employee disputes

      Flexible working hours available Active family owner involvement Big budgets to spend Supportive of those people who have children Casual dress code

      No maternity pay Confusing management structure Confusing company set up - lots of employees not sure who they actually work for If you're sick 3 times within one year, you can be dismissed Don't follow HR procedures Some really professional people there - but others think its ok to swear and chew gum and talk really loudly all day about nothing

      Bad days nost of the time with some horrendous planning, 44hours per week before overtime? Everyone for them selves . No team spirit. Your responsible for everything, stannah wash their hands of you, You check test and sign ie your responsible not them.
