      Very tense environment. Preferences are 100%. If you are dark skin or hispanic do not expect anything

      Pros

      You get a paycheck. Unfortunately nothing more to say. You get benefits, insurance. Some representatives try to do their best. You get some commission for selling service agreements.

      Cons

      You HAVE to work at least 3 weekends on top of your regular hours. Very tense environment. Racism is very bad. They don’t care about their customers when they ran them out of oil with no heat, no hot water is not an emergency.

      Pros

      I had an amazing experience with Star Gas Parnters. They have a very family oriented organization. They encouraged me to grow and learn about new areas of the company.

      Cons

      There are a lot of employees and management who have been with the company since the start of their career sometimes making it difficult to change processes.

      Pros

      None.... horrible company spent 2 years grinning and bearing all the supervisors. There was only one that cared. All the others horrid women. They are like drill Sargents watch hold times, watch wrap times, your late from lunch, your late back from break. The trainer was a damn nightmare, he is a a piece of work... he definitely thinks he is the owner of Petro. Watch out they all stick together. There is no longevity with this company people come and go constantly a revolving door. Super toxic. The stock holders and CEO needs to reevaluate the whole office and restructure as this place is definitely a laughing stock.

      Cons

      As I said in pros... NONE and now on to more cons. They work you like you are a owned by them they guilt you to change policies that fit the narrative of the day. Supervisors do not work, they just dictate what CSR do. They threaten you when they do the QA and so not meet the standards of the company when the dispatchers, techs, feild service supervisors, propane coordinators etc have zero company standards they speak how they want, and do whatever they want, and all CSR are treated like computer systems. Very horrible place. I became complacent and just stuck it out, but after 2 years I could not do complacent any longer. I quit, I could not take any longer.
