      Multicultural team, decent engineering talent, not much else to say

      Cons

      Weak design team, Many leaders are too inexperienced, Leadership team does not communicate well, does not have high integrity, or enough experience and vision to grow the business. Low cultural emotional IQ.

      Highly motivated team and exceptional talent, Cogniance wins projects with exceptional companies and entrepreneurs. Fully developed processes of all kinds to leverage company brainpower and abilities. Very ambitious management team on a high growth and sustainable trajectory. Does an exceptional job of making company metrics widely available to employees.

      Pros

      Awesome spot to skill up and try new industries and consulting techniques. The caliber of clients is true fortune 500s. Talents are crazy smart! And prob the best across consulting firms of that size. The most approachable CEO ever.

      Cons

      No proactive attitude across all sales org; just delegate or skip all real-world get-hands-dirty tasks and stay in bla-bla-bla non-tangible universe of processes/strategies/projections/prospects you name it. All project wins and delivery are totally personal extra mile contributions of individuals. No team effort on getting things done between sales and dev/design. No female leaders that have an equal voice on board meetings and company strategy decisions.
