      I got to pick my schedule

      Cons

      Pay is low. 12 hour shifts. They hire anybody for management. They do not help you move to a new site if uncomfortable

      Star security had a wonderful management team and a desire to provide excellent safety and quality.

      Cons

      Perhaps a bit better of a job vetting new employees as the issues with new guards were not infrequent.
