LIFE SAVING product!, Great HR, swift reactive Manufacturing team to Support and Delivery team's requests, Travel and home on weekends is a +++. Sales team jumps right into the mission head strong and are GREAT at working with the Service and Delivery team. SD team support is UNTOUCHABLE!!! Hands DOWN! The best customer service people in the law enforcement industry.
Cons
Limited training opportunities, Small company with a lot of growth left to do. Business demands are RAPIDLY bursting and nearly splitting the seams of the companies ability to cope. OCD individuals in management push and demand of subordinates with little or NO support/training in areas that they have never been tasked with before. When asked for guidance senior staff said "Figure it out!" gave no details.
