Pros

- Generally flat hierarchy - Great talent and staff are generally very nice people. Most are very helpful and treat people with respect, no matter the seniority level, business division, or local/regional teams - Good culture overall (between staff) - Management shows care for staff (well stocked pantry, day off for mental health day, perks for wellness, generous AL days, extra PH days off given in some instances i.e. if PH falls on Thursday, they give Friday off or in lieu PH days, organise office events like free coffee, wellness days for staff with activities like massages, healthy food, free F&B, etc.) - Great perks - discounts for gym memberships, purchases for certain work-related items like laptops/softwares, travel partners, F&B, some retail partners etc.) - Depending on team, they do reward by bonus/promotions/recognition based on performance - Salaries are generally aligned with industry - Work life balance (dependent on team)

Cons

- While management are nice and can be helpful, some also show favouritism which flows to allowing toxicity to happen even when they see/know about it and no action taken to stop it, also promotions/pay rise to certain people - Some teams are overworked and even when voiced out, no action taken causing burnout and turnover - Management are often not transparent, although it's obvious to staff or leave them in the dark, making staff anxious on what's happening - Some management are not flexible and don't allow/trust you to do your job (micromanagement) - In some teams, team leads/managers are not very good at managing clients and workloads, therefore trickles down to team and burn out, and those teams have high turnover
