- amazing coworkers, so sweet and welcoming - loved the atmosphere - managers are very respectful and understanding - great for students - flexible schedule and time off

- honestly not a lot! dont do this job if you dont like standing though or walking up and down stairs

Corporate, so you don't deal with the nonsense that one-off locations run into, and they are a reputable, established organization that can help you work your way up.

Cons

Corporate, so you don't get much of the on-paper support when it comes to changing anything about the structure of anything that isn't all that great. You have to suck it up a lot about a lot, which is standard but hurts more because you realize how much of a cog in a machine you are.
