1. Interesting Work and really big names to attach to your portfolio. 2. The company values its people. 3. A CEO who focuses on bigger things and always works towards growing together with everyone around. 4. Transparent and very friendly work culture, without any hierarchy. 5. A company of young minds creating wonderful things.

Cons

Let's skip this part as I have tried really hard to find a negative point, but if it's that hard, then probably it is not worth mentioning.
