Pros

1. Good at keeping you working in a uncertain job market 2. Fun and exiting projects 3. Friendly and knowledgeable staff 4. Cash per diem

Cons

1. Too much overhead 2. Poor project management skills by upper administration 3. Secret circle of trusted, everyone else is expendable 4. Will make you salary, to avoid overtime. 5. Will avoid paying government wages, by making you salary. 6. Will avoid yearly reviews, and say there is a "raise freeze" 7. They keep you work at the bare minimum, and say "well at least you have a job"

Pros

There is health benefits after 3 months of work.

Cons

They are horrible. The company doesn’t care about its employees and you get treated like they’re expendable. Everyone hates the project so the spirits of the place is always down. They overwork you and don’t recognize your effort. They play favoritism and very hostile. Management absolutely sucks and the place is full of unqualified project managers and assistant project managers that don’t care. People get fired for complaining about the job or suggesting improvements. They’re so desperate for workers that they hire anyone. They place you in an unsafe hotel with theft happening everywhere. It’s a nightmare.

Pros

- one of the southwest's and southern california's leading CRM firms - awesome projects - lots of fieldwork - will try to keep you busy during downtimes - cash per diem for fieldwork - a wide array of free reports and research documents for all to use

Cons

- you are expendable - pay/ salary will be less than average - you will get supervisors who are inexperienced or overly academically experienced from the wrong region of the world - no investment in staff experience, especially between field staff and office/ back-end work - ofter during fieldwork you will be rooming with other staff - they are top heavy with an over-abundance of PhDs - profits mainly go to support SRI's non-profit - lack of diversification in contracts and work
