Working environment is quite flexibel, family-friendly, and encourages you to develop.
Cons
I believe that the company is trying to keep the difference between the salaries as small as possible. New joiners and more experienced colleagues are receiving more or less the same yearly compensation. This is a good thing for the beginners but bad for the experienced colleague to get motivated.
