Pros

NONE. They act good but are all pretentious colleagues and founders.

Cons

1 day WFH, management has no empathy, would only want to make their money worth and will ask you to do anything and everything. They act like they care but in fact they do not care about employees' mental and physical well being.

You choose to stuck for 4 years in the world that you think it's full of politics - that's sad. It's true that the industry is constantly changing when AI tools are replacing some of human customer support functions, and so it's important that we learn new skills & tools to adapt new way of working even when it brings multi-tasking during this transition period. History says - the one who have accepted changes, have been rewarded and other struggled - we are on the side of accepting changes!

Pros

- Competitive salary compared to most Thai companies. - 20 days of annual leave + 3 weeks of WFH per year (though difficult to use freely due to management interference).

Cons

- The CEO has displayed alarming behavior, including yelling, banging on the table, and threatening me “I’d headbutt you if it were up to me”. Attendance is strictly monitored via face recognition, with rigid enforcement of punctuality and breaks. - No job security: Employees are treated as replaceable, regardless of the value they bring. I saw people being fired without notice or warnings, even though the contract stated a two-warning policy. - Many employees, including managers, avoid addressing issues with executives due to fear of retaliation or conflict. - Work-life balance is a façade: Although the leave policy is generous, management imposes new, unwritten rules retroactively. For example, after my leave was approved, I was forced to reschedule due to a sudden policy limiting time out of the office to one month.

Pros

- Product is interesting - Some colleagues are friendly and good people

Cons

-Never been treated like this in years of career. Management has no empathy, they have no interest in your growth and just try to exploit you as much as possible. -They just make you loose passion for your job and dump you when something is not as they expect without telling you anything before

Motivation is very subjective. For example, someone gets motivated with very high pay even though they loose their personal life and another gives more importance to their well being. We have been keeping balance with decent pay, busy working hours but free afterwork and weekends which itself is great experience having said that this industry is a bit demanding. Thanks for the feedback though. Sad to see we couldn't meet your expectations on every front, and we will assess if there is anything better we can do in our people interest.
