Thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for not responding sooner. I am sorry that your experience at Statwax has not been what you thought it would be, and that you do not feel as though you have been valued during your time here. We appreciate the thoughts you have shared with us, and we will use them and others we receive to inform improvements we can make for our company and our people. I want to make sure to specifically address a few concerns you brought up in your piece:
Transparency is a core value for us, and we strive to communicate with our employees clearly and promptly about company procedures and policies - with this core value as a guiding light. As we have been growing rapidly, some of that communication may have been lost in translation. We are working hard every day, with input from all of our employees, to refine those methods so everyone feels like they are on the same page with goals and expectations.
Transparency also applies to our clients, who have insight into their team, their budget spends, reporting, platforms, etc. at all times. If we can’t meet a deadline or expectation of a client, we inform them as soon as possible and work together with them to establish a new timeline. Our clients, including our largest ones, consistently name our transparency with them as a reason that they choose to work with us (and stay working with us).
We also work very hard to make sure that each employee here feels valued on a daily basis. We make sure that from the leadership team down, every employee knows that we have an open door policy to share concerns about feeling valued, work/life balance, and even any personal concerns you might have. We also make sure to proactively check in with each employee to see how things are going or if we notice an issue, outside of any regularly scheduled one-on-one or team meetings.
Again, thank you for your feedback.
