Pros

The CG product itself is pretty good and robust. Getting new Consumer Goods companies. Good momentum. RX business is waning.

Cons

Management Treat employees very, very poorly. Human resources dept reacts to management/owners directives. Everybody and nobody is in charge. Employees are miserable. Management responds to the ever changing whims of the CEO. CEO is absentee but focuses on minutia such as travel plans. Employees are directed not to talk to each other and communication between departments is discouraged.

Stay Away from StayinFront

Pros

The only pro is that the location is close to a mall and I was required to write something

Cons

This was the worst work environment I have ever experienced. The CEO is a narcasitoc bully who leads by intimidation. The culture is unfriendly and depressing. Hours are long and pay is low. HR is useless enforcing questionable polices and seem to get a kick in reprimanding employees for nonsense.

Pros

Good MD, Cool working environment, recommended for fresher,

Cons

You have to beg for the leave/sick leave too from support manager.even if 2-3 mails you'll not get any response. Don't know what important work they are doing and not responding to his team. If you are workaholic you will not be able to stay here for long , because managers are busy with good looking and talkative employees and salary increments are not based on performance.
