Pros

A slow-paced environment—ideal for first or second jobbers, those with limited experience, or individuals looking to semi-retire.

Cons

The company suffers from a poor culture, largely due to a management team that is overly critical and out of touch with market realities. Despite their efforts, the product lacks recognition and fails to attract customers, leaving the company largely unknown and irrelevant in the competitive landscape. They do not appear on any major 'Top 100' lists, either in the UK or internationally. As a result, teams and staff often feel demotivated and frustrated. The core issue lies with management—too slow to take meaningful action, too quick to overreact, and lacking the experience needed to steer the company in the right direction.
