Was seriously injured in an assault on my day off. I spent 4 months in an intensive care nursing home and another 8 months recovering at home. Multiple broken bones and reconstructive surgeries. I was told my very large tool box was safely locked and secure. When i finally was able to retreive my tools, i found my tools dumped into a large box and my tool box stolen and being used by a new employee. Most of my very expensive and custom tools are now missing, literally thousands of dollars worth. They offered me $500.00. My toolbox will cost $1000.00 to replace. They showed no remorse or a care in the world.
