      Pros

      It is very nice to work for Steelcase, fun work environment, people help each other and you can work there for a long period of time of course if you find the right position.

      Cons

      As the industry is not stable during events like a pandemic, promotions of good employees are delayed or overlooked.

      Pros

      Flexible work setting for some departments. Nice office interior and furniture. Obviously, you sit on a nice performance chair at work.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership style and culture by departments. There is little enforcement of the company policy and value. A lot of favoritism and discrimination that are not addressed for many years, and extremely hierarchical in some department. Low retention rate.
