Stability of a big company is nice - you don't see some of the shady deals you sometimes see at small businesses.

Cons

As all sales jobs, bosses like to push for more hours/sales/work.

Insurance and free food on Saturdays

Cons

Toxic management and lack of things to do, there are maybe two good managers. And both could seem to care less about your wellbeing. Instead of hearing about how you can improve get ready to be called lazy and unmotivated by management even when you are going above and beyond. Not to mention the blatant favoritism.
