      Only professional grow I see in this company is for the bosses

      - Nice colleges - Nice regional manager - Easy chances to find work abroad

      Cons

      - Hard to grow inside - Low salaries and very close to negotiate - They don't care about good people - On company meetings, they show us how much they earn but they are very close to share or make their employers happy. Typical Spanish company.

      Pros

      Some people (consultants) in the past but they left the company as soon as they could (well done) and the things started to get even worse

      Cons

      Toxic company with really bad spirit from the very top. Management strategy is the classic cheating to clients, partners, and employees for their own sake (but unsuccessfully). "smoke sellers". Bullying, Workplace Harassment, cheating....everything admitted to achieving their goals.
