Pros
I learned what it's like to be with a company with no local projects. Worked with a few team players who had focus and worked hard.
Cons
Management played favorites. It felt like high school mentality, a clique of guys who wanted to drink a lot every day after work. They'd sabotage our work at the jobsite and throw us under the bus to management. Management believes them! Working out of town all week, plus all the games and little respect from front office or the Owners. Dishonesty=Zero Trust.
